CafeMap is an iPad/iPhone application that uses marker pins to show nearby coffee shops (Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, etc.) on an interactive map, featuring 15 major coffee chains in the US and Canada.

So whether you’re looking for a place to meet someone, need to kill time before your next meeting, or just want to sit for a while, CafeMap can help you find a nearby coffee shop quickly and easily.

CafeMap Features

All shop data is contained inside the application, making searches fast and easy.
Over 24,460 shops for 15 major chains.
Familiar graphics for each chain are used, making identification easy and intuitive.
A zoom function that resizes the map to show the nearest several shops for any given location.
A show/hide function for each chain. Good for when you know where you want to go.

CafeMap Screens and Functions

Start-up Screen

Map Screen

Shop locations are indicated with marker pins. The user’s current location is indicated with a blue ball.

The "Near Me" Button

Uses GPS to display shops near your current location.

The "Zoom" Button

Resizes the map to show at least two shops near the area currently shown.

The "Select" Button

Shows data for each shop, one-by-one in order of distance.

Tapping Marker Pins

Displays the shop’s store ID and approximate direct distance in a pop-up balloon. Tapping the right arrow inside the balloon displays the shop’s store ID, address, and phone number, as well as tweet, directions, and email options.
